Service Calls:

We encourage small, easy to handle, equipment to be brought in to the store for repairs and maintenance, whereas larger machines are inspected by a technician on site. Nonetheless, we are happy to send a technician to your business or home to inspect your machines on site, or pick them up for service in shop. Please call our office to schedule service call outs.

Repairs: Our Brother-trained technicians have over 20 years of experience with our equipment, and work diligently to ensure that each issue is diagnosed accurately and resolved in a timely fashion.
