What You Need to Know Before Ordering a Custom Stamp
We are happy to help with your customized stamp requirements and look forward to assisting you.
To help ensure a smooth and efficient process, please keep the following in mind:
1. Contact us before visiting
We recommend getting in touch with us before coming in. This allows us to discuss your requirements, prepare and approve templates, arrange payment, and ensure that a team member is available to assist you when you arrive.
2. Documentation may be required
Certain types of stamps, such as Company Stamps and Justice of the Peace Stamps, require supporting documentation. To avoid delays, please email copies of the necessary documents in advance or bring them with you when you visit.
3. Logos and images
If you would like a logo or image included on your stamp, you will need to provide it in the appropriate format and resolution. Feel free to contact us beforehand so we can advise you on the requirements and ensure the best possible result.
4. Specific Stamp requirements
We are happy to offer suggestions based on our experience and previous projects. However, if your stamp must meet specific organizational, legal, or industry requirements, please let us know so we can incorporate them into the design.
5. Approval and payment
Before production begins, we will prepare a template for your review and approval. Once the design has been approved, payment is required before the stamp is produced.
